舊氣田緻密氣層再開發增產分析

Tight Gas Reservoirs Redevelopment and Stimulation Evaluations-Case Study in C Field

摘要


本研究目為選定國內生產末期之老舊氣田,進行油氣田再開發增產之評估與探討。經由油氣蘊藏評估、產能分析方法、液裂增產技術分析,以增加既有之緻密油氣層產量及提高採收率,研究成果可為本公司日後進行液裂技術執行增產之參考。本研究選定之場址為C氣田深部地層,範圍包含出磺坑層、木山層及五指山層。由於目標油氣層滲透率低大約在1毫達西上下,屬緻密性氣層。低滲透率之地層最佳之採收方式,乃以液裂技術施作以增加油氣於地層之通路。於合乎經濟效益之考量下,選擇適當之液裂工法,可節省施作之時間與成本,有效提高油氣採收效率。因此本研究透過一系列液裂技術評估方法,進行C氣田潛能評估,包括現有井試驗與資料分析、油氣層埋藏量評估、油氣井產能評估、力學機制探討及液裂技術評估等研究工作,評估選定之場址是否具液裂之潛能。研究結果發現,倘若在經濟條件可行下,可進一步規劃適當液裂方案供現場單位作為未來施作之參考依據。

The objective of the present study is to reevaluate the selected depleted gas field in order to increase the ultimate recovery by using approaches such as remained oil and gas evaluation, productivity analysis and hydraulic fracturing applicability study. These results could be an important reference for EOR operation. The target formations of the project are the lower parts of "C" Field including CHK Fm., MS Fm. and WCS Fm. Their low permeability of 1 mD suggests that are tight gas reservoirs. The best way for the recovery on tight gas reservoirs is hydraulic fracturing which effectively increases the passage for hydrocarbon to move within the reservoir. A series of feasibility studies including well test analysis, OGIP reevaluation, productivity analysis, reservoir rock mechanics overview and available fracking techniques evaluation are applied to evaluate the potential of applying hydraulic fracturing to the target formation. The result indicates that, with certain economic conditions, the lower part of "C" Field can be a suitable candidate for this technology.
