本文以三個案例說明前期研究(1)建立之裂解汽油一級氫化製程模式之應用。第一例是由程序模擬探討製程條件之影響性,如進料組成變動、進油量變化及反應器入口溫度等,模擬結果與理論分析及操作經驗一致,並歸納得操作指引。第二例是關於殘餘觸媒壽命預估,製程模式中的參數或速率常數可利用不同操作期的工場數據各自估算而得,速率常數的變化可視為觸媒老化,並與觸媒重量均溫做比較,結果由模式參數法推演之觸媒殘餘壽命比媒床均溫法更具合理性。最後一例顯示,當生產策略改變時,此一商用軟體建置之製程模式也能評估製程可操作性,不只反應器,也能同時涵蓋熱交換器與控制邏輯等。

Three cases are given in this article to demonstrate the applications of the PyGas selective hydrogenation process model that was formulated in our previous work. The first case is that the influences of process conditions, such as feed composition, feed rate and reactor inlet temperature, were explored via process modeling. The simulated results show theoretical analysis are consistent with field operation experiences. The results have been summarized as guidelines for the commercial operation. The second case is about the estimation of residue catalyst life. The model parameters or rate constants in this model were estimated for several periods according to operating data. The variation of the rate constants is due to the catalyst aging and is compared with the weighted average bed temperature. The residue catalyst life derived from the model is more consistent with observation than that from WABT method. Finally this model built on a commercial software can be utilized to evaluate process operability if production strategy was altered. This includes the operation of reactors and heat exchangers, as well as process control logics.
