高雄市填海造陸工程施工方法初擬

A Study of Hydraulic Reclamation along the Nearshore of Kaohsiung City

摘要


大規模填海造陸,形成海埔新生地以提供公共設施用地,在歐陸及日本、新加坡、香港等地巳有不少成功之先例可供參考。然而其施工方法,仍受不少客觀因素之影響,如地質、地形、海流、波浪、填方材料等條件,亦即每單一填海造陸工程均有其獨特的因素影響其最適化之施工方法。本文收集國內外各種填海造陸案例,分析其方法及特點,配合高雄市沿岸地質,海象資料尋求可供高雄市進行填海造陸時之參考,此外並對高雄市辦理填海造陸可能引起之環境影響進行概略討論。

There are many successful cases of hydraulic reclamation in Europe, Singapore and Hong Kong. The experience of any single case can not be adopted to another case completely. Most of factors, which affected a successful case of reclamation, are quite local. Therefore, it is necessary to study local factors; such as, geology, current, wave data etc., which influence the process of reclamation. In this paper several cases of hydraulic reclamation are collected. The major factors governed the design of each case are discussed. Then local factors in Kaohsiung city such as weather, geology and tide data are provided to evaluate the possibility of using dynamic consolidation method for the improvement of reclamation land. Results of the study can serve as references when a project of reclamation are conducted in Kaohsiung city.
