資訊資源管理學科點建設的思考

Consideration of Discipline Construction for Information Resource Management

摘要


資訊化進程對專業人才的大量需求推展了資訊資源管理教育的發展,促進了資訊資源管理學科點建設。本文探討了資訊管理與資訊資源管理的聯繫與區別,從資訊資源管理的學科定位出發,分析了資訊資源管理作為二級學科的建設目標、任務和規範,結合社會需求和教學實踐,並借鏡國外資訊資源管理課程建設情況,研究了資訊資源管理研究生學位課程內容深化與體系拓展中的教學改革,同時,就資訊資源管理專門人才的培養提出了相應的對策。

The advancement in informationization causes an increasing requirement of professionals in information sciences, which forwards the development of Information Resource Management (IRM) education and promotes the discipline construction of IRM. This article discusses the relation and difference between information management and IRM. Based on the discipline orientation of IRM, the author's analysis focuses on the goals of construction, the tasks, and the criteria of IRM as a secondary level of discipline. Combining social demands and teaching practices at home as well as researching the curricular constructions of IRM abroad for reference, this study explores the teaching reforms in the enrichment of curricular contents and in the further development of the academic system for graduate programs of IRM. Suggestions and probable policies for the cultivation of professionals in IRM are also put forward for consideration.
