我國科技大學資訊管理系專業課程架構規劃之研究

A Study of Framwork of the Professional Curriculum Planning in Department of Informational Management of Technological University in Taiwan

摘要


近年來科技進步,資訊產業逐漸在台灣深根發展。台灣目前資訊產業發展,跟隨先進國家技術發展,以美國與日本對我國的技術發展影響甚鉅。 隨著資訊產業發展,高等技職教育在我國經濟發展過程中一直扮演著關鍵性的角色,培育許多技術與管理之專業人才,對促進國家經濟成長和提升國家競爭力的關係至為密切(吳清基,民87)。我國產業與經濟型態已從過去的勞力與資本密集型態轉變為技術與知識密集的型態,大幅改變原有的產業人力結構,傳統高等技職課程已無法適應時代的需要,因此現階段高等技職教育將課程規劃視為教改最重要的環節之一。 有鑑於此,本研究之目的是規劃我國科技大學資訊管理系專業課程,冀以提供科技大學資訊管理系與教育機關課程規劃之參考。依據本研究之研究目的與待答問題,透過文獻探討、三回合德懷術調查以及企業界從業實務人員訪談,歸類我國科技大學資訊管理系專業課程架構規畫。本研究之結論如下: 壹、 未來資訊產業產值達到每年百分之二十的成長。 貳、 目前資訊管理專業人才須具備「資訊管理基礎」、「企業管理與資源運用」、「網路技術應用」、「企業e化」、「資料庫與伺服器管理」、「程式設計與運用」的能力。 參、 企業界期望資訊管理專業人才俱備實務經驗與團隊合作的精神,並配合國家發展政策。 肆、 現有我國科技大學資訊管理專業課程架構可歸類出四大領域,25項專業課程向度以及149項專業課程細項。 伍、 我國科技大學資訊管理系專業課程架構規劃,歸類出四大專業領域,24項專業課程向度以及168項專業課程主題細項。 陸、 專業課程主題規劃探討結果,達成ㄧ致性的有111項課程主題細項,有59項仍未達到一致性共識。 柒、 多數專家認為科大資訊管理系應著重資訊技術能力,因此「企業組織與管理領域」課程規劃ㄧ致性在四大領域為最低 。

Science and technology grow up in recent years, the information industry develops in deep root of Taiwan gradually. The information industry develops at present in Taiwan and follows the advanced country's technical development. The United States of America and Japan have a great effect on technical development of our country. As the information industry develops, higher vocational education has been playing a key role all the time in the curricula of our country's economic development. A lot of technology and qualified personnel improve the competitiveness of our country. The transition of the industrial structure, traditional high vocational education curriculum is unable to improve the quality of the qualified personnel in a specific field of our country, so higher vocational education regards curriculum planning as one of the educational focal points of the reform. In view of this, this study wants to plan the curriculum in relevant department of informational management of University of Science and Technology in Taiwan. The study utilizes the purposes and questions and use Dephli Technique, and then researcher obtains the curriculum content of this study. The conclusions of this study were as follows: 1. The information industry will be up to 20% of the growth of every year in the future. 2. The abilities which the person of management of information must have 「the basic concept of the information management」、「enterprises organize and manage」、「he manage of network technology」、「Enterprise's network strengthening」、「database」 and 「designing program」. 3. The enterprise's executive expects the personnel of the information management to have practical experience and gregarious concept. 4. The professional curriculum in department of information management of Technological university in Taiwan is planned four major professional fields, 25 professional curricula ,and 149 professional curricula theme detailed now. 5. The professional curriculum in department of information management of Technological university in Taiwan is planned four major professional fields, 24 professional curricula ,and 168 professional curricula theme detailed. 6. The result of professional curriculum theme planning are have 111 ccurriculum theme to reach common understanding and 59 ccurriculum theme not to reach common understanding. 7. The appropriate for being lowest in four major fields that curriculum is planned that “enterprises organize and manage”.
