摘要

本研究以國立政治大學商學院共12個系所之博碩士研究生於90至94學年度間發表之學位論文所引用的參考文獻為研究對象。研究係以系所和年代為分層抽樣，共取得512篇學位論文樣本，透過引用文獻分析法，探討政治大學商學院學位論文引用文獻之特性，再將引用的期刊和圖書核對政大圖書館館藏，暸解政大圖書館館藏滿足政大商學院學位論文引用文獻需求的程度與無法支援的特性，並獲知政大商學院學位論文研究的核心期刊清單。綜合上述之研究結果，作為政大圖書館發展符合學術研究需求之館藏與推廣商學資訊服務之參考。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the pattern of citations in theses of the Commerce College at National Chengchi University (NCCU) to determine the characteristics of the materials cited by graduate students in the field of business, to understand what percentage of NCCU Libraries' holdings score for those references, and to organize a core list of materials critical to business professionals. 512 theses presented to the Commerce College at NCCU from 2001 to 2005 were selected as samples for this study. The methodology of citation analysis and the approach of citation checking were adopted in this study.
