摘要

民國十三年，孫中山宣佈「以俄爲師」改組國民黨。值此同時，列寧式共黨組識內一種特有的制度亦隨之傳入國民黨，那就是幹部訓練制度。本文的目的，即在探討國民黨幹部訓練的開始情形。

It is ”Cadre Training”. The purpose of this essay is to discuss about the begin of KMT Cadre Training.
