摘要

在新南向政策的框架下，近年來台灣與泰國積極發展夥伴關係，聚焦於經貿合作及文教交流，成為台灣與東南亞區域整合的指標性個案。本文以作者駐泰期間及主掌僑委會經驗，說明如何應用數位化平台及創新思維，發揮台灣優勢，強化我國對外關係發展，緊密連結海外僑胞及華人社群。

Under the framework of the New Southbound Policy, Taiwan and Thailand have actively developed partnerships in recent years, focusing on economic cooperation and educational exchanges, which has become a famous case of regional integration between Taiwan and Southeast Asia. Based on the author's experience of Ambassador to Thailand and Minister of Overseas Chinese Affairs Committee, this paper explains how to apply digital platforms and innovative thinking to give full play to Taiwan's advantages, strengthen the development of Taiwan's foreign relations, and strengthen connecting with Taiwanese Business People and Overseas Chinese community.
