主父偃之死辨

摘要

主父偃之死歷來討論不深，但本文提出其死的三個疑點，並重新審視《史記》、《漢書》所載史料。從其本傳乃至於歷來忽略的趙敬肅王、江充、菑川靖王等人相關紀錄，並論析「推恩獻策」到「推恩令」大規模實施，其中主父偃扮演的腳色以及推恩令實質執行的演變過程，據此製作主父偃見用後至族誅這段時間詳細年表外（見文末附表），並試圖從這些材料與新事證重新建構主父偃族誅一案的真相。

The death of Zhufu Yan has not yet been extensively discussed. This study proposes three suspicions about Yan's death and reexamined the historical data presented in the Records of the Grand Historian and the Book of Han. The scope of review included Yan's biography and records of Prince Jingxu of Zhao, Jiang Chong, and Prince Chuang Jing of Zi, all of whom have been forgotten over the course of history. Subsequently, Yan's Tui'en proposal and the large-scale implementation of the Tui'en Ling (Order to Expand Favors) were discussed and analyzed. In particular, Yan's role and the evolutionary process of executing his Tui'en Ling were used as the basis for producing a detailed timeline (Appendix) of the period in which Yan was hired as a court official to the time when he was executed. Furthermore, this study attempted to reconstruct the truth behind the execution of Yan based on the collected materials and new evidences.
