糖尿病足患者行高壓氧治療之併發症
Complications of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in Diabetic foot Patients
摘要
高壓氧治療廣泛應用於糖尿病足患者，促進足部傷口癒合，而病患在高壓環境接受100%純氧的治療，是否有任何不適現象值得探討。為瞭解糖尿病足患者接受高壓氧治療之併發症，蒐集某醫學中心87年8月至89年11月糖尿病足患者之高壓氧治療記錄，以病歷回顧方式整理病患相關資料與高壓氧治療之併發症，結果發現耳痛、耳鳴是高壓氧治療併發症發生次數最多者，其次是頭暈、噁心，其他症狀有呼吸不順、流鼻血、肚子餓、手抖等現象，探討病人之性別、年齡、過去病史，抽煙史、是否過敏等因素與併發症之關係，結果呈現無統計上顯著意義。高壓氧治療無法由病人之性別、年齡、過去病史、抽煙史預測可能之併發症，因此期望藉由適當方式衛教個案，避免因高壓氧造成病人不適感。

Hyperbaric oxygen(HBO) therapy is frequently administered in treating diabetic foot patients in order to promote the wound healing. Patients were exposed to the unique atmospheric conditions, there may be some complications during HBO therapy. Therefore, the study evaluated multiple complications in patients with diabetic foot infections. From August 1998 to November 2000, data was collected by reviewing chart about patients’ demographic data and complications of Hyperbaric oxygen therapy. The results showed that the common complications were otalgia. And tinnitus. But patients’ sex, age, history, allergy and smoking were not significantly related to complications. Therefore, we hope patients avoided uncomfortable phenomenon by teaching patients.
