摘要

目的：許多研究結果顯示血清胱蛋白C（cystatin C，CysC）濃度作為新腎絲球濾過率（glomerular filtration rate, GFR）指標，但相關族群之血清CysC正常值值參考範圍不多，本文欲建立國軍人員族群的血清CysC正常值參考範圍。方法：收集200人次剩餘血清檢體，以Dade Behring nephelometer systems分析儀上機， 分析原理是粒子促進免疫比濁法（particle-enhanced nephelometric immunoassay）。結果：以95%信賴區間公式計算，男性國軍人員血清CysC正常值參考範圍為0.75～1.24 mg／L，女性的為0.71～1.23 mg／L，整體國軍人員族群的為0.73～1.23 mg／L。結論：本文計算血清CysC正常值參考範圍與原廠的有差距，顯示有族群間取樣之差異性存在。本文分別提供血清CysC濃度的正常值參考範圍給男性、女性國軍人員和整體國軍人員族群，進而應用在國軍人員健康檢查時評估GFR之參考。

Objective: Many studies showed that serum cystatin C (CysC) concentrations was a new marker for the glomerular filtration rate (GFR), but the relevant groups of the reference range of serum CysC was not much. This study established the serum CysC's reference range of an armed forces soldier group. Methods: Serum CysC of 200 remained serum samples were measured by the particle-enhanced nephelometric immunoassay of the Dade Behring nephelometer systems analyzer. Results: According to 95% confidence interval, the male of an armed forces soldier group of serum CysC reference range is 0.75 ~ 1.24 mg / L, female's is 0.71 ~ 1.23 mg / L, and the overall population of an armed forces soldier group is 0.73 ~ 1.23 mg / L. Conclusion: This study-calculated reference range of serum CysC has a difference with the Dade Behring reagent package-insert's reference range. This article provides the reference range of serum CysC concentrations for male, female and the overall armed forces soldier group; then, the reference range are applied to the armed forces soldier group for the health check to assess GFR.
