某醫學中心安全針具推行之成效

背景：行政院衛生福利部推動「安全針具」，補助並鼓勵醫院能提供安全針具，期望藉由計畫性的訓練與多元化的教學、評值，輔導護理師及病房，於二年內能循序漸進適應安全針具，並具備應有的照護品質。目的：了解接受教育訓練護理師使用安全針具的認知及其相關因素及推動狀況，並探討使用率與針扎率之相關性。方法：本研究採用橫斷性研究，於2014年8月1日至2015年12月31日於北市某醫學中心病房為樣本，以自擬問卷調查探討接受安全針具教育訓練之護理師，以結構式問卷自評安全針具的認知，對使用安全針具於使用率與針扎率之影響。結果：納入接受安全針具使用病房狀況分析，總計收案63位護理師，接受訓練之護理師能肯定自我的安全針具的認知，結果顯示病房對使用安全針具照護品質皆達96.2%以上之滿意度，護理師的年齡越大、工作年資越久接受安全針具教育使用後，執行率無正相關，安全針具使用率與針扎率未達顯著差異，病房帳務盤點人員及領用確實性會影響安全針具使用率。結論：本研究結果顯示安全針具使用率與針扎率不相關，建議未來在機構的消耗性衛材能物流資訊化管理，建立良好管理機制措施，減少人力盤點誤差，提升安全針具盤點及使用確實性，做為未來安全針具推廣之參考。

Results: Accepted safety needle use ward situation analysis, training of the nurse can be sure to explore their own safety needle, the results show the ward for the use of safety needles quality of care are of satisfaction for more than 96.2% of the total cases recorded 63 nurses, nurse's older, working longer accepted after years of safe needle use education, the implementation rate of no positive correlation; literature indicates safety needle with needle utilization rate of less than significant difference, ward staff and inventory accounting Consuming certainty affect the safety needle usage.
