曾文水庫、曾文溪下游、高屏溪攔河堰及牡丹水庫之壺菌相調查

Survey of Chytrids in Tsengwen Reservoir, Tsengwen River, Gaoping Weir and Mudan Reservoir

摘要


本文爲臺灣地區首次針對壺菌相多樣性與連續性進行調查的生態報告,本研究利用曾文水庫、高屏溪攔河堰、牡丹水庫各固定採樣點定期水質監測的水樣、以及同時在曾文溪下游定點進行定期採樣,共計分離鑑定5屬13種壺菌,其中以根生壺菌屬(Rhizophydium)出現頻率最高,四個水域各有其優勢種,曾文水庫優勢種爲Rhizophydium sphaerocarpum var. sphaerocarpum,曾文溪下游感潮河段以Cladochytrium replicatum爲優勢種,高屏溪攔河堰的優勢種是Rhizophydium laterale及Phlyctochytrium chaetiferum,牡丹水庫則只分離到Rhizophydium laterale;曾文溪下游感潮河段僅六、七、八月有壺菌出現,所以僅七月份在四個樣區都有壺菌出現;不同水域之間各只有一種相同的壺菌,結果顯示四個水域的壺菌相歧異度相當大。

This is the first report about the biodiversity and ecology of chytrids in Taiwan. Periodically survey of chytrids in Tsengwen Reservoir, Tsengwen River, Gaoping Weir and Mudan Reservoir were proceeding. Five genera and thirteen species of chytrids are isolated and identified. Rhizophydium is the most frequent genus. The dominant species isolated from individual collecting area are: Rhizophydium sphaerocarpum var. sphaerocarpum in Tsengwen Reservoir, Cladochytrium replicatum in estuary of Tsengwen River, Rhizophydium laterale and Phlyctochytrium chaetiferum in Gaoping Weir, and Rhizophydium laterale in Mudan Reservoir. At the same time, chytrids are isolated from four collecting areas only at July. The percentage of similarity among four areas is very low.
