艦用飛彈垂直發射箱外形設計之研究

摘要


飛彈垂直發射系統具備防空作戰及對飽和攻擊的防禦能力,已成爲艦用武器發展趨勢。而垂直發射系統中飛彈發射箱提供飛彈儲存、包裝、運輸及發射飛彈之用途,在結構設計考量上,在於能承受飛彈發射時之高溫、高壓爆焰,以及抵抗操作環境如海象、水下爆震等所造成的負荷。本文係以I-DEAS軟體爲有限元素前後處理工具,及以有限元素套裝軟體ABAQUS爲分析計算工具,採用板殼元素來模擬發射箱結構,在承受飛彈發射爆焰負荷狀況下,考慮爲材料及幾何非線性行爲,探討飛彈垂直發射系統之發射箱結構強度,並對波形鋼板與平面鋼板組成之發射箱進行比較,進而分析波形鋼板之波形高度、角度及寬度等設計參數對結構強度的影響,以期對發射箱結構外形設計提出參考數據。

The missile canisters of VLS serve as shipping, storage and firing for individual missiles. The canister structures must be designed to perform their tasks and withstand the forces of rocket blast, underwater shock and sea-state loading. This paper employs ABAQUS/USA finite element techniques to analyze the strength of missile canister and compare the corrugated steel canister with the plate steel canister. The effects of height, angle and width of corrugated canister are also discussed. The results can offer design parameters of corrugated canister for structural shape design. Further, this paper performs elastoplastic analysis using plate element to analyze the structural response of missile canister. It can provide information which would either justify or improve the design recommendations for launching system.
