摘要

洛神葵為臺東縣重要特色作物，主要利用部位為肉質果萼，為提升其高值化應用，以高花青素為育種目標。2013年以果萼富含花青素之A123品系為母本，植株挺拔、果萼排列緊密之A129品系為父本，進行雜交，後代分離選拔採混合法，由第8個世代選拔及固定目標性狀，經DUS性狀檢定調查，符合可區別性、一致性及穩定性，於2021年通過命名為洛神葵‘臺東6號＇，商品名為黑晶。本品種果萼為深紫紅色，果萼先端半開展，具有豐產、高花青素含量（30.6 mg/g DW）、成熟期一致等特性。新品種適合一次性採收，果萼易去籽，且花青素含量高，可供作機能性食品原料使用，拓展洛神葵高值化應用，提升附加價值，促進產業多元發展。

Roselle is an important special crops in Taitung county, and the main part to be utilized is the fleshy calyx. In order to enhanc its high value application, the breeding goal was toward to high anthocyanin content. The variety was crossed between line A123 (♀, anthocyanin-rich calyx) and line A129 (♂, an upright plant and closely spaced calyx) in 2013. The hybrid progeny selected and fixed the traits by bulk method for eight generations, conforms to distinctness, uniformity and stability by DUS tests. The new variety named as 'Taitung No. 6' in 2021, with the trade name black crystal. The calyx of the variety was deep purple-red in color, upper side of fruit semi-open, and has excellent characteristics such as high yield, high anthocyanin content of calyx (30.6 mg/g DW), consistent calyx maturity, and suitable for one-time harvesting. It is an excellent source of anthocyanin raw material, making it a stable ingredient for the production of functional foods, enhanced the added value and a positive influence on the development of the roselle industry.
