本文主旨在於藉由高平坦度與高平行度精度要求之平板形零件開發,探討犘擦係數、零件幾何尺寸等參數對精度之影響,並據以建立可行之精度提升方案,且為提升生產速率及免除後續機械加工,則應用板材沖鍛連續模具自動化生產技術,進行該平板形零件之模具設計與生產技術探討與建立。
The aim of this paper is to develop the slab part with high precision flatness and parallelism tolerances by studying the effects of process parameters, such as friction coefficient and geometrical dimensions of parts, etc. According to the research results, some solutions are established to satisfy the accuracy requirements. In addition, the die-design and automation mass-production technologies of the cold-forging progressive die process for sheet metal are studies and applied to increase the production rate and reduce the cost of following mechanical manufacture.
