淺談精密擠壓技術之發展與應用

An Introduction to the Development of Extrusion Technology and Application

摘要


近年來對於擠壓加工品的應用正不斷的發展,期望能應用於汽車、輪船、軌道車輛、飛機等交通運輸工具的結構材料。在美國方面,針對社會需求而進行的研究,即以高生產性的擠壓技術為題材,進行研究,其中包括鋁合金的熱間擠壓技術、表面處理技術,以及相關製品的應用說明。此外,在「輕、薄、短、小」的產品發展趨勢下,擠壓製品在截面尺寸高精度化方面有所要求。本文的目的在於介紹擠壓技術的發展現況,並整理相關研究文獻的大綱加以說明,最後亦針對高精度的擠型材的特點加以介紹,以供業界參考。

According to the requirements of extruded products, extrusion process is still being developed. In United States, the viewpoint for developing extrusion process is focus on the high productivity. Some new processes are therefore being researched for high producrivity, high quality, etc. Besides, on behalf of the development of the portable products, light–and-small are now the basic requirements. It affects the concept for not only developing new extrusion process but also manufacturing the required tools. This article introduces the development of nowadays extrusion process to our industries. It is hoped that the articles can help them for further researches on extrusion process.
