應用有限元素法製程模擬技術於精密波紋管之開發

The Application of FEM Simulation Technology for the Development of Precision Bellows

摘要


金屬波紋管的有多種不同的製造方式,應用液壓成形技術的波紋管製造方式因其獨特性而一直佔有著重要的地位。波紋管液壓成形技術主要包含有三階段:第一階段為衝頭密封及水壓上升階段,第二階段為管料逐次鼓脹階段,第三階段為軸壓與併模之成形階段,對於應用有限元素法模擬波紋管之成形過程研究方面甚少有相關文獻發表,而本文則是說明如何應用有限元素法製程模擬技術於精密波紋管之成形,包含製程之規劃、成形內壓力的決定方式、壁厚的減薄率以及回彈量分析等,作一系統之闡述與討論,期能對相關業界在精密波紋管之設計製造與開發上有所助益。

There are various methods for the manufacture of metal bellows, due to its specialty, the application of hydroforming technology plays an important role in the manufacture of metal bellows. The process of the hydroforming bellows consists of three main forming stages: internal pressure built-up, tube-bulging and pressure retained, axial punch feeding and mold plate folding. Because there have been few related works for analyzing the bellows hydroforming process using the FEM simulations, in this paper, a FEM simulation technique is applied to the hydroforming precision bellows, including forming process design, the selection of internal pressure, the thinning of wall thickness and springback analysis. Systematic description and discussion wi1l be revealed. We hope the results of the present study could be used as a basis of designing and developing hydroforming precision bellows and be helpful to the related industry application.
