淺談精密鍛造技術的過去及未來

The Past and the Future of Precision Forging

摘要


精密鍛造(Precision Forging)一詞是用以描述閉模鍛造製程(Closed-die Forging Process),其中在關於形狀、尺寸公差(Tolerance)及表面加工之製造精度(Manufacturing Accuracy)皆超過正常的要求,如此使得至少可以減少、省略一次或數次以上的機械加工程。本文從相關學者之定義出發,討論冷間鍛造製程的應用發展,亦比較其與傳統製程之差異,從而展望精密鍛造的未來應用發展。

The term precision forging is used to described closed-die forging process in which manufacturing accuracy with regard to shape and dimensional tolerances as well as surface finish exceeds the normal standards by such an amount that at least one-finished-machining operation can be saved. This paper discussed not only the history of application of cold precision forging process but also the comparison of the process chins for the conventional and precision forging technology so as to prospect the development of forging technology in the future.
