鍛造用皮膜之摩擦係數的比較分析

摘要


在金屬成型的加工問題中,潤滑是一項非常重要的因素,其中模具與材料接觸介面的摩擦條件因素,對成形功率以及材料的塑性流動變形行為都有直接的影響。因此,採用環壓實驗來求得碳鋼S2與不銹鋼303金屬材料在不同化成皮膜處理後的表面摩擦係數。目前一般合金鋼鍛造是以磷酸鹽皮膜作為潤滑,本研究以新皮膜ORAFOR61B應用在S2以及不銹鋼303上與磷酸鹽皮膜的比較,並探討在不同化成皮膜製程條件下所產生的不同摩擦係數。

The lubrication is an important factor in metal forming, wherein the mold in contact with the material of the interface friction coefficient and material for forming the deformation behavior has a direct impact. Therefore, using ring compression test to obtain the surface friction coefficient of S2 and stainless steel 303 in different conversion coating treatment. Alloy steel forging is now generally used as phosphate film lubrication, this study applied the new film ORAFOR61B on S2 and stainless steel 303 and comparison with the phosphate film, and investigating the different coefficient of friction in different conversion coating process.
