銅及黃銅之精微金屬成形之尺寸效應

Size Effect in Micro-Metal Forming of Copper and Brass

摘要


本研究針對C12000及C26000兩種銅合金進行精微鍛粗實驗及精微拉伸實驗,從實驗結果中發現基地強度較弱之C12000紅銅其精微金屬成形之尺寸效應符合許多已發表文獻之理論述;然而C26000之黃銅卻因為基地強度高及晶粒細化因子的影響大,使得其無法用表面層理論來進行分析,而本研究亦針對此項問題作進一步解釋,期望能對未來不同種類材料之精微金屬成形之尺寸效應找到通則的變化與know-why。

In this study, two kinds of materials such as C12000 and C26000 copper alloys are used to do micro-upsetting experiment and micro-tensile experiment. It can be found that the size effects of micro-metal forming in C12000 agree with the description in that had published papers. However, C26000 alloy has high matrix strength and significant fine grain strengthening result in it appears different size effects of micro-metal forming. Therefore, it has made deep explanation on this problem and hopes it can provide a general solution and know-why for most of micrometal forming processes.
