汽車自動變速箱用傳動筒件之心軸引伸模具設計研究

摘要


汽車自動變速用傳動筒件之輕量化與一體型化為該零件發展之方向,而具有心軸之引伸成形製程為主要之關鍵技術,故本研究即針對具有心軸之筒件,探討其心軸引伸成形工程設計與模具設計,藉由CAE成形模擬軟體進行模擬分析,依模擬結果進行實體實驗模具製造與試模作業,期建立最佳化之製程條件與模具設計準則。結果顯示,本研究之工程設計依照引伸率之設計準則,共設計為下料,初引伸,五道次之心軸再引伸與外徑再引伸與整形等八個道次。以DEFORM模擬軟體針對工程設計進行模擬,顯示為各道次胚料之設計具有可行性。依上述之結果設計與製作模具,於實際引伸成形作業後,最後胚料之尺寸符合原先設計之要求,顯示本研究所設計之製程與模具設計為可行。

Lightening and one-piece forming are the trends for the housings in automatic transmission of passenger cars. The mandrel drawing process is the key technology for making those parts. In this study, the process design and die design of the vehicle parts are investigated. Then, the CAE software, DEFORM, is used to simulate the design process and the die are designed and manufactured according to the results obtained from simulation. Finally, the optimum results are expected to be setup after the dies are tested. The results show that the process design include eight stages such as blanking, first drawing, five stages of mandrel drawing and redrawing with sizing. The designs of the process stages are shown feasible regarding simulation by using DEFORM. Then, the dies are processed to be designed and manufactured, and then tested. The dimensions of the part of the final stage conform to the design drawing, which shows that the designs of the process and the die are feasible.
