螺釘及牙板模具參數化設計整合系統開發

Development of an Integrated Parametric Screw and Threading Die Plate Design System

摘要


本研究建立一套整合之系統,只要輸入或選擇擬報價之螺釘參數,系統將精確的估算出螺釘重量,經過實際測試,誤差在3%以內,此外,搓牙之牙板幾何形狀可以自動產出,如果是新開發的案子,可以輸出可供搓牙製程分析之幾何資料STL檔案格式,若經過製程分析驗證確認沒問題的話,就可以直接製作牙板,不然的話,也可以更正牙板設計參數,以便獲得正確之牙板幾何。本文之主要貢獻在於成功的建立一套電腦輔助參數化之三維螺釘幾何設計與牙板幾何建構整合系統,是項技術可以輔助國內螺絲業界創造自主模具研發製造之生產與報價模式,提高螺絲產業自主開發與接單能力。

An integrated system has been established so that screw weight can be calculated accurately once the demanded screw parameters are entered; the screw threading plate can also be generated as well. The developed system can generate the STL file of the designed threading plate geometry so that the threading process simulation can be conducted. This means that the die geometry could be modified for better threading process reducing trial-and-error time for a new screw development. The screw geometry could also be revised if the modification of threading plate alone could not generate appropriate thread. The major contribution of this development is in the successful development of an integrated computerized 3D parametric screw design and threading plate construction system that could be adopted to assist sales of screw in calculating the screw weight for more precise quotation and development of appropriate threading plate towards quick response of an purchase order.
