摘要


本研究開發出一套「參數化螺絲與成形模具建構系統」,供使用者自由選擇螺絲成品並建構其3D模型,該模型由常見的頭形與螺絲身體種類搭配,亦可產生所對應的成形模具;成行模具包括打頭與搓牙模具,其合理性與可行性則應用有限元素軟體DEFORM-3D來進行驗證,以期能快速掌握螺絲成形的條件、製程之參數、縮短實際試模時間與探討可行之設計。

Visual Basic 6.0 programming language and an off-the-shelf CAD (Computer Aided Design) system were integrated to develop a ”Parametric Screw and Forming Die Construction System.” The user could construct the 3D model of a screw by choosing the 3D screw type; the heading die and threading die of this screw could also be generated by the developed system. A FEA (Finite Element Analysis) software DEFORM 3D was adopted to verify the developed die geometry construction algorithm. The developed system has been realized through the comparison with industrial case study showing very reasonable achievement.
