精密沖床性能檢測技術

The Measurement Technology for the Dynamic Accuracy of High Precision Press

摘要


沖床的性能檢測通常都包括了比較重要的兩大項,一為靜態精測試含:總合間隙及靜剛性,另一大項為動態精度測試主要為:下死點精度,其他性能檢測還有急停性能的煞車停止角度等。目前業界下死點精度測試使用之設備多為專用之下死點精度測試設備而本文在於提供另一種量測技術,係使用泛用型的頻譜分析儀並搭配位移計及程式撰寫,以針對精密沖床進行動態精度檢測。此外並可使用頻譜分析儀進行振動或噪音量測,但是在本文中並不討論。

To prove the accuracy of press, two kinds of inspection are always required to proceed. The first one is the static accuracy inclusive of total clearance and static stiffness, major of the second is accuracy of Bottom Dead Center (BDC) and the other important inspection item is brake angle. In industry where always use the special purpose equipment to complete the work of inspection of accuracy of BDC, in this paper we provide another solution of measurement Frequency analyzer plus displacement meter with program written to complete long time data acquisition. In addition to the measurement of the accuracy of press, vibration is also measured but is not shown here.
