往復式擠型之製程參數研究

Studies on Process Parameters for Reciprocating Extrusion

摘要


往復式擠型是透過一對擠型筒(container)及擠桿(plunger),對材料進行反覆擠製,使之均勻化而提升緻密性之製程。它可使強化材顆粒均勻散佈,提升材料的性能,適合用來擠製金屬基複合材料。電接點是電路中極為的重要元件,製作材料可為純金屬、合金或複合材料,而材料便決定其可靠性。而使用複合材料製成的電接觸材,兼具高溫強度、熱穩定性以及高導熱、電性,性質較純金屬等更佳。本研究以往復式擠型之擠型溫度、擠型比及擠型次數改變,對Ag/SnO2電接觸複合材進行擠製研究,研究製程參數對顆粒均勻度及導電度的影響,以求得最佳化製程參數,印證其應用於金屬基複合材料製備之優勢。

Reciprocating extrusion is an extrusion process with a pair of containers and plungers. Material go through this process can increase its uniformity and densification. Once the strengthen particle spread uniformly, the properties of material enhanced. Therefore, reciprocating extrusion is suitable to extrude metal matrix composite. Electrical contacts are important components used as relays in circuit. Pure metal, alloy and composite are used to manufacture Electrical contacts and affect the reliability. Electrical contacts made by metal matrix composite have high temperature strength, stabilities, and excellent electric/heat conductivities, are better than other metals. In this study, Ag/SnO2 is researched through reciprocating extrusion. To obtain optimal process parameters, extrusion temperature, ratio and frequency are research targets and effects on particle uniformity and electric conductivity are studied, which is suited to prove the advantages of the development of metal matrix composite.
