多條線材同時進行扁平輥壓加工之研究

摘要


扁平輥製加工是將具有圓形斷面之鐵線,通過壓平滾輪,利用冷滾製方式,輥製成所需厚度之板條。本研究是針對多條線材同時進行扁平輥製加工行為,將輥輪假設為剛體,利用DEFORM 3D有限元素分析商業軟體進行模擬;藉由電腦模擬獲得多條金屬線材同時進行扁平輥製加工時,各線材間等效應變以及邊緣等效應力的分佈,以及單條與多條同時進行滾壓時所需成形力的關係,用以探討多條線材同時進行扁平輥壓加工的可行性,並作為輥輪設計之依據。

In wire flat rolling, wire of circular cross-section is cold rolled between the flat rolls in one pass to achieve the desired thickness. This study is pointed the rolling process behavior of wood working strip nails, analysis the material condition under the flat rolling process of multi-wires, by using the DEFORM finite element analysis software with the rigid-plastic deformation model. From the computer simulation results, we can understand the variation of the effective strain, the effective stress and the forming load. These information can be assisted the design of the rollers to conduct the flat rolling of multi-wire.
