扁平複雜變化曲面之管件液壓沖孔開發

摘要


管件液壓成形技術(THF)之相關應用十分寬廣,如汽、機車、民生及相關藝術品應用…等之相關管狀件均可應用管件液壓成形出所需要之造形尺寸,除此之外也可以同時在液壓成形製程中作液壓沖孔(HydroPiercing),故孔加工是可以在同一幅模具內與液壓成形一起完成,其孔位精度幾乎等同於模具之模穴精度,由於有此優良之特性,因此可應用於定位、搭接、組裝…等,需相關定位基準之用。傳統之孔洞一般是先在基準台面上定位後再以沖孔、鑽孔加工出所需之孔洞,如先前沒有足夠的特徵尺寸作定位參考,一般如曲面相關之複雜外形就較難以定位,其所加工出來的孔洞之定位精度與液壓沖孔相較下,可預期將會較差。本文將介紹扁平複雜曲面之管件在液壓成形後如何應用液壓沖孔沖出所需要之孔洞,並從液壓成形性分析,製程規劃、模擬驗證及實際試模…等作探討,以對管件液壓沖孔研究開發有更深入了解。

The application of Tube Hydroforming Technology(THF) is becoming more and more expansive. There are many tube-parts manufactured by THF process. Some holes of tube-parts need to be piercied in order to be located or assemblied with other parts by bolts, nuts or welding, etc. Usually, the holes in tube parts are piercied by drilling, punching, or hydropiercing. Hydropiercing need to be carried out during Tube Hydroforming process. In most case, the position precision of hydropiercing hole is better than other piercing methods.This paper will illustrate the THF process design by means of the development of flat shape part. Including Performing, Hydroforming and Hydropiercing. And also apply FEM simulation verification to reduce the risk of manufacture process design in order to reduce the number of die-trying and time&money-consuming. The results could be the reference for industries.
