3C空心產品鋁擠型加工之解析與實驗

摘要


3C產品之外形尺寸小且尺寸公差要求嚴格,擠製時初胚之溫度分佈、模具之彈性變形及導流板之設計等,皆會影響最後產品之尺寸與精度。本文將以有限元素軟體DEFORM 3D針對外框(Housing)之3C產品之擠製加工,進行模穴內初胚之塑流形態,及模具在擠製過程中之變形、應力、應變等之模擬。由模擬結果提出一模具設計準則並對應力、應變分佈進行一系列之探討。另外,亦進行擠製實驗,由產品尺寸、擠製力之比較,驗證模具設計結果之正確性。

The tolerance for 3C product with small size is strictly required. The temperature distribution of the billet, the elastic deformation of the die, and the design of the flow guide affect the final dimension of the product. This paper uses the finite element code ”DEFORM 3D” to simulate the plastic flow of the billet inside the die cavity and the stress, strain distributions of the die during extrusion of 3C product Housing. From the simulation results, a die design guide is proposed and the stress, strain distributions are discussed systematically. Furthermore, extrusion experiments are conducted. From the comparisons of product size and extrusion force, the validity of the die design rule is verified.
