摘要


本文提出一個在前/後複合擠製製程中將盛錠筒設計成具有軸向自由浮動的方式,藉由材料與盛錠筒間之摩擦力自由驅動盛錠筒,達到降低模具應力的效果。本研究利用DEFORM-3D軟體對固定式、單向主動式、單向定點停止主動式與自由浮動式四種盛錠筒模具進行複合擠製模擬分析,探討四種模具設計的成形負荷、模具應力、材料流動情形與製品等效應變的差異性。

In this paper, a method employing an axially freely floating container in the precision forging process is proposed. By moving the container, the material flow may be controlled positively by utilizing the frictional force over the billet-container interface so that the billet material may flow easily into the die cavity in the two direction of combined forward/backward extrusion. A series of simulation on the combined extrusion under four kinds of container movements such as fixed, single direction driven, single direction with constant stroke driven and freely floating containers ware carried out by using the FEM program DEFORM 3D. The influence of the four different kinds of container movements on the forming load, die stress, material flow and the maximum effective strain of products are analyzed.
