錐型結構管件液壓成形開發

The Development of Taper Structure Tube by Hydroforming Process

摘要


管件液壓成形技術(THF)的應用範圍十分廣泛,舉凡如:車輛、傢俱、船舶及衛浴用品等相關產業,皆可導入液壓成形技術應用。目前異型管件大多採用沖壓/焊接、鑄造成形製程及其它傳統製程;一般採用沖壓/焊接會有工法上較複雜、尺寸精度較不佳、焊接處可承受強度較弱...等問題,而採用鑄造工法則會有強度較差、表面相較沖壓粗糙、重量較重之問題。管件液壓成形具有重量輕、剛性佳、精度高及減少後續拋光製程等優點,且其一體成型的特性,亦可降低後續焊接造成之熱變形。本文將介紹錐型結構管件之開發過程,說明液壓成形產品之工法設計,從製程規割、模擬驗証、及實際試模,以實例顯示管件液壓成形相較於其它傳統製程之優點。

The application of Tube Hydroforming Technology(THF) is getting more and more extensive. There are many products of different industries such as vehicle, furniture, shipping and faucet, etc can be manufactured by hydroforming technology. Compared to stamping and casting processes, THF has many advantages such as weight reduction, better stiffness and better size precision. The character of one part design can also decrease the heat distortion resulted from welding process. This paper will illustrate the THF process by means of development of various cross-section Taper structure Tube. Including performing, and hydroforming. And also apply CAE analysis software to assist design in order to reduce the times of die-tryout and the risk of development. We also would compare the traditon manufacture and hydroforming process to discuss the advantages & efficiencies of THF.
