應用田口法於鑽尾螺絲之夾尾成形製程優化

An Optimization of the Forming Process of Drill Point for Self-Drillng Screws by Taguchi Method

摘要


厚鋼板專用高速鑽尾之夾尾成形模具設計與胚料預成形設計,對夾尾成形模具的使用壽命有相當大的影響。本研究主要探討夾尾製程參數對於夾尾成形之影響,以降低夾尾模具在夾尾成形時所受到的最大等效應力為改善目標,並利用有限元素方法與田口方法來優化夾尾成形製程。分析結果顯示,夾尾製程參數優化後之成形模具的最大等效應力下降了157MPa(27.6%),並且鍛造力與鍛造能量也皆有明顯之下降。

Design of drill point die and preform design of billet are significantly affected the using life of drill point die on high speed self drilling which used in thick steel plate. In this study, the main aim is to investigate the effects of the parameters in the drill point forming process, and its goal is to reduce the maximum effective stress of drill point die during forming process. By using finite element method and Taguchi method, the optimal parameters in drill point forming process can be obtained. From results of analysis, maximum effective stress in drill point die is reduced by 157MPa (27.5%) after optimization of parameters in drill point forming process. The forging force and energy are also reduced apparently.
