FEM Simulation on Precise Piercing Process of Double-Layer Clad Sheet With Constant Shear Friction

摘要


本研究使用DEFORM-2D有限元素模擬軟體分析雙層複合板材精密衝孔製程。衝頭與各模具及雙層複合板材之間的摩擦,假設為定剪摩擦,各模具對板材之摩擦可假設不同。複合板材衝孔後之內徑尺寸、等效應力、等效應變、速度場、破壞、毛邊和剪切力的可由有限元素模擬求得。在這項研究中,探討了各種條件對衝孔加工之影響,如間隙、衝頭鼻面角、摩擦因子等對於剪切力和毛邊之剪切特性,有效地了解的有限元素模擬之可行性。

This study uses DEFORM-2D finite element simulation software to analyze the precise piercing process of double-layer clad sheet. Frictions among the punch, the blank holder, the dies and the double-layer clad sheet are assumed as constant shear friction, but can be different. The surface of the inner diameter, the effective stress, the effective strain, the velocity field, the damage, the burr and the shearing force can be determined from the FEM simulation. In this study, effects of various piercing conditions such as the clearance, the punch nose angle, the frictional factor etc. on shearing characteristics of the burr and shearing force are explored effectively to realize the feasibility of FEM model.
