不銹鋼精密孔凸緣板件成形模具開發

The Study on Precision Hole flange Forming Die for Stainless Steel Sheets

摘要


電子資訊產品朝多功能、薄型、微型化發展是全球趨勢,相關裝置及零組件亦隨之精密化,精微沖壓成形技術具高量產、低成本、品質穩定等優點,運用於微型零件生產,能滿足市場大量的需求。金屬中心開發之精密孔凸緣成形技術,可提升國內業者對於精微零件的自製能力。本研究載具為一具有孔凸緣特徵之板件,需要應用孔凸緣、引縮、平面鍛壓等成形工法來控制材料的流動。關鍵模具零件設計需考量可加工性、可組裝性等方面。此外,並透過CAE模擬軟體Deform加以分析,提供對同類型產品在成形製程規劃的參考依據。

The global trends of electronics information products move toward to the development of multi-functions, thinning and miniaturization. As the results, the related devices and components become more precise as well. Micro stamping forming technology possesses the advantages of high mass production, low costs and stable quality. In application to the production of micro parts, this technology could satisfy the heavy demands of the market. The precision hole flange forming technology developed by MIRDC could increase the self-made capabilities of micro parts for domestic manufacturers. The component in this study is the hole flange sheet which requires the hole flange forming, ironing and upsetting to control the flow of the material. In design of key parts of dies, considering the machining and assembly are required. CAE simulation software Deform is used as the reference basis to analyze and the planning of the forming process of the similar products.
