三軸雙向複動化閉塞鍛造模組之研究開發

A Study and development of the closed forging dieset with double action rams in there axes

隨著產業之競爭,鍛造技術之發展為下料省料化,尺寸精密化與生產高速化,其目的為降低生產成本,提升產品競爭力。而要達到下料省料化,即須導入多軸複動化閉塞鍛造模組技術。其設計可分為合模機構與沖頭複動化成形驅動機構設計。前者可用彈簧,氮氣彈簧,油壓模墊與機械鎖方式;後者可用連桿式,楔塊式,槓桿式等等。近30年來,結合各式各樣之機構,已有各式多軸複動化閉塞鍛造模組被開發出來,導入量產。本研究為研究開發三軸雙向複動化閉塞鍛造模組,以五塊楔塊組合做為Z軸雙向複動成形機構,以對向連桿組做為X與Y軸之雙向複動成形機構,而於模架下部設計一200ton油壓式模墊做為合模機構,以進行各式鍛件閉塞鍛造製程。結果顯示,本模組為單油壓模墊系統比其他雙油壓模墊系統具有合模高度低,能力發生點低之優點,可配合一般規格鍛機使用,不須特殊規格。五塊楔塊組與連桿組組合而成之三軸成形系統在實際操作上運作順暢。模組化設計方式配合快速換模系統,換模容易,提升設備稼動率。本研究並以十字軸鍛件進行實際鍛造製程驗證,顯示尺寸符合圖紙要求,鍛件之鍛流線分佈均勻且為連續。顯示本研究所開發之三軸雙向複動化閉塞鍛造模組為可行。

Due to the competition within the industry, the developing trends of forging technology are saving the materials, precision in dimension and high productivity, which purpose is to reduce the cost and to promote the competition capability. To attain the aim of saving the materials, the multi-action closed forging dieset technology must be conducted, which can be divided into two portions in design. The former is the mechanisms for die clamping, which include wire spring, nitrogen spring , hydraulic cushion and mechanical lock, and the latter is the driving mechanisms for punches, which include links, wedges and levers etc.. In recent 30 years, there are many kinds of multi-action and closed forging dieset developed by combination of the above mechanisms and put into mass production. In this study, the closed forging dieset with double action rams in three axes are developed for various closed die forging process by using five wedges set as double action mechanism in Z axis and by using links as double action mechanism in X and Y axis. And one hydraulic cushion of 200 ton is designed under the dieset as the clamping mechanism. The results show the developed one hydraulic cushion dieset has some advantages than the present two hydraulic cushion dieset, such as lower die height, lower capacity curve needed for press, able to equip with the press of general but not special specifications. In actual operation, Z axis double action mechanism of five wedges set ,and X and Y axis double action mechanism of links move smoothly along with the hydraulic cushion up and down. The design of whole dieset makes die changing easily by using QDC system and elevates the utility rate of the forging press. The cross with cores in axes are taken as vehicle to verify the developed dieset. After inspection, the dimensions of forgings conform to the drawing and the flow lines in forgings are uniform. Therefore, the developed dieset is certified feasible, and able to be used for mass production.
