摘要

根據統計台灣鈦金屬需求約3,000噸／年以上，且有逐年增加的趨勢。鈦金屬使用產品廣度增加，台灣鈦金屬產品相關製造業目前正面對全球大環境競爭，以台灣鈦金屬製品業為研究調查對象，應用SWOT分析、TOWS及五力分析方法，歸納出業者如何利用本身優勢克服劣勢、避開威脅及創造機會。透過問卷量化統計，鑑別出業者需求之關鍵技術缺口，共同開發研究創造出高附加價值之利基產品與市場，本研究調查分析顯示，國內鈦金屬製品產業需求之關鍵技術缺口，主要是鈦金屬成形製程技術，如何提高模具的壽命、良產率及降低生產成本，將是重要議題之一。

Statistics show that the demand for titanium in Taiwan is more than 3,000 tons per year, and this demand continues to climb. With the expanded use of titanium products, Taiwan's titanium product manufactures are facing severe global challenges, this research mainly focuses on the Taiwan's titanium products manufacturers. Via in-depth interviews and by using the SWOT analysis, TOWS analysis and Porter Five Forces analysis methods, we have conclusions about how the manufactures could use their superiority to overcome the weakness, avoid the threat, create the opportunities, this research shows that the breach of the key technologies for Taiwan's titanium product related industries is the metal forming and processing technology. The key issues include: increasing the die life, improving the product yield rate and reducing the manufacturing cost.
