不同加工條件對板金之影響

摘要


隨著科技的進步,板金件以大量使用在3C產品上,板金產品也越來越複雜,如何使產品可以快速鍛造成型又能符合精度已經成為重要課題。在板金的生產製造過程中,較為複雜度的製程則是折彎製程,折彎及沖孔的順序會直接影響板金的精度,因此,本研究探討不同的製造程序,對板金件折彎衝孔後的影響。將板金件先沖孔後折彎和先折彎之後在沖孔的方式,探討其差異,藉此提高加工上的精度,並期許能對相關業界應用上有所助益。

Along with the progression of science and technology, sheet metals extensively use on hi-tech products. How to make products to be forging and fits the accuracy have become an important issue. In the sheet meatal manufacture process, bending is the most complex process. Bending and hole deformation sequence will directly affect sheet metals' accuracy. Therefore, this study investigated the different manufacturing processes. Effect of deformation after bending sheet metal punching. After punching in the way after the first sheet metal punching and bending before bending. Discussion on the deformation of the difference. Thereby increasing precision. And hopes to be able to be helpful to the industry-related applications.
