不同電磁鐵製程參數對於矽鋼片銹蝕性的影響研究

Effect of Different Processing Variables in Electromagnet on the Corrosion Resistance of the Silicon Steel Sheet

摘要


本研究以探討電磁鐵的各種加工製程,對於矽鋼片鐵損劣化之影響,以建立高效率低銹蝕化之電磁鐵加工技術。使用中鋼料號C628電磁矽鋼片(Electrical Sheet Coils and Sheets, C628),分別以退火處理(防銹處理)、指定電壓焊接、電鍍鋅等不同加工參數對矽鋼片鐵損值的影響;在3.5%氯化鈉水溶液中,量測開路電位對時間的關係,並以電化學極化法分析銹蝕性。 使用掃描式電子顯微鏡(SEM)和能量散射光譜儀(EDS),觀察不同製程變數的矽鋼片在銹蝕前後的表面結構和分析元素成分。由試驗結果可知不同電磁鐵加工參數對矽鋼片表面結構的改變,以及呈現不同之銹蝕性,可控制最佳參數,以降低銹蝕速率,而能提高使用壽命與產品品質,並建立高效率低銹蝕化之電磁鐵加工技術。 實驗結果顯示,可得知各加工層的鈍化與抗腐蝕能力。腐蝕溶液中C628電磁矽鋼片經焊接,其腐蝕電位材料高,也有較低的電流密度。而其同條件下,其他加工材料已有銹蝕情形,顯示其抗腐蝕性不佳。

This study explores the effects of various electromagnet processing processes on the iron loss degradation of silicon steel sheets, and establishes high efficiency and low corrosion electromagnet processing technology. Use Silicon steel Material Number C628 Electromagnetic Silicon Steel Sheets (Electrical Sheet Coils and Sheets, C628), with different processing parameters such as annealing treatment (rust treatment), specified voltage welding, electro-galvanizing, etc. on the iron loss value of silicon steel sheet; in 3.5 wt% sodium chloride aqueous solution, the relationship between open circuit potential and time was measured, and the corrosion behavior was analyzed by electrochemical polarization method. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray Spectrometer (EDS) were used to observe the surface structure and elemental composition of silicon steel sheets with different process variables before and after corrosion. From the test results, it can be seen that different electromagnet processing parameters change the surface structure of the silicon steel sheet, and show different rust properties. The best parameters can be controlled to reduce the rust rate, which can improve the service life and product quality, and establish high efficiency and low rusting electromagnet processing technology. The experimental results show that the passivation and corrosion resistance of each processed layer can be known. The C628 electromagnetic silicon steel sheet in the corrosion solution is welded, and its corrosion potential material is high and also has a low current density. However, under the same conditions, other processed materials have been corroded, showing poor corrosion resistance.
