冷壓骨板之成形分析

Analysis of Forming in Cold Stamping of Bone Plate

摘要


本研究主要是探討骨板在彎型加工下它的成形狀況,由於生醫級不銹鋼316L與Ti-6Al-4V骨板之抗拉強度較佳,在進行彎形加工後造成骨板回彈量很大,使得骨板尾端偏移量增加,進而導致孔洞之尺寸位置與原設計誤差太大。為確保骨板在成形後其尺寸位置能在規範公差內,本研究使用DEFORM有限元素分析軟體比較骨板在原始模具與新設計模具之成形,根據分析比較結果,在相同之成形條件之下,新設計V型半拘束模具能有效降低骨板部分應力集中現象;新設計T型模具在改良成拘束式模型之後,雖然其鍛造力提升,但骨板的最大等效應力卻下降許多,且等效應力的分布相對原始模具均勻。

This study was to investigate the processing situation of bending in bone plates, due to the better tensile strength of the stainless steel 316L and Ti-6Al-4V bone plates, the spring back of the bone plates caused by bending is large, so that the offset of tail section in bone plates increased, leading to the size and position of the hole are worse than original design. In order to ensure that the bone plates after stamping of the size and position are in the standard tolerance, this study uses DEFORM finite element analysis software to compare bone plates of stamping in the original mold and new design mold, according to the analysis result, the new design V-type mold can effectively reduce stress concentration at the same stamping condition of bone plates; although the force of the new design T-type mold after the improvement to the restraint model is increased, the maximum effective stress of the bone plates is decreased and the distribution of the effective stress is uniform than the original mold.
