複材殼件成形製程技術開發

Development of forming Process Technology for Composite Shell Parts

摘要


複材材料可包含金屬及複合材料所組成的混成材料(Hybrid Material),具輕量化、高性能(耐用/強度)、可加工等特性,目前全球趨勢中,單一材料性質已無法滿足產業變動需求,最佳的整體結構可由複材材料組成。近年在運輸(航太/汽車/自行車)、消費性電子產品、通訊、機械設備、熱管理等產業需求增加。本研究使用鋁合金與熱塑玻纖複材為主要材料,經層疊熱壓接合製板,再經熱成形製程,所得到殼件之圓角相關特徵,可否順利成形及破裂極限尺寸之實作成果比對,以提供相關業界之參考。

Composite materials can include hybrid materials composed of metals and composite materials, which are lightweight, high-performance(durable/strength), and processable. In the current global trend, single material properties can no longer meet the changing needs of the industry. The best overall structure can be composed of composite materials. In recent years, the demand for transportation(aerospace/automobile/bicycle), consumer electronics, communications, machinery and equipment, thermal management and other industries has increased. In this study, aluminum alloy and thermoplastic glass fiber composite materials are used as the main materials, laminated and hot-pressed to join the board, and then through the hot forming process, the rounded corner characteristics of the obtained shell can be smoothly formed and the implementation of the fracture limit. The results are compared to provide reference for related industries.
