積層製造件表面品質改善系統研製與應用

Development and Application of A Surface Quality Improvement System for Parts Fabricated by Additive Manufacturing

摘要


本研究建構一台積層製造件表面品質改善系統,並針對具有不同傾斜角度、具有不同曲率、具有不同深寬比以及低壓射蠟快速模具等四種積層製造件之表面,運用丙酮蒸氣進行表面品質改善。研究結果發現,本研究所研製之積層製造件表面品質改善系統特色涵蓋:系統操作簡單、無化學廢料以及低價位。低壓射蠟模具之表面品質改善率約為88.82%,表面品質改善之最大深寬比約為5.2,具有不同曲率積層製造件之表面品質改善率約為83%至90%,以及具有不同傾斜角度積層製造件之表面改善率約為84%至96%。

An apparatus for enhancing the surface quality of the parts fabricated by additive manufacturing was developed in this study. The surface of the parts fabricated by additive manufacturing with different tilt angles, different curvatures, different aspect ratios, and low-pressure wax injection rapid tooling were treated by acetone vapor using the developed apparatus. The results found that the advantages of this apparatus include ease of operation, no waste chemicals, and low costs. The surface quality improvement rate for low-pressure wax injection mold is about 88.82%. The maximum aspect ratio for surface quality improvement is about 5.2. The surface quality improvement rate for parts with different curvatures is about 83-90%. In addition, the surface quality improvement rate for parts with different tilt angles is about 84-96%.
