後現代視境下的「蝶道」與「詩路」—以周夢蝶「蝶詩」的空間轉換作為探索客體

Butterfly Tracks and the Path of Poetry in Postmodern View-Space Shift of Chou Meng Tieh's "Poem of Butterflies" as a Subject for Discussion

摘要


周夢蝶拔起於台灣現代詩壇之上,高居於孤冷的峰頂,但他從十五歲開始即以「夢蝶」為號,選擇「蝴蝶」作為自我的隱喻,本文試圖以「蝶道」見證周夢蝶的「詩路」,如何從古典的哲學氛圍中,穿過現代主義的情致與精緻,來到後現代的溫熱,如何從驚醒的、有形的「蘧蘧然周也」,翔飛出「栩栩然胡蝶也」開闊而自在的的詩境。因而發現孤獨國境的蝴蝶,有著新詩革命中的古典堅持,在孤獨國內,蝴蝶與古典意象齊飛、蝴蝶與太陽爭光、蝴蝶與花比美、蝴蝶與濕冷空間相映襯;孤峰頂上的蝴蝶,則顯現現代主義下的自我清醒:蝴蝶是生與死對立又和諧的雙翅,蝴蝶是入夢大覺死而重生的象徵,蝴蝶是流變蟬蛻進入永恆的介面;近期的蝴蝶,世間飜飛,有著重生的喜悅,映現後現代的物我圓融,因此,眾生是另一種蝴蝶,凝神是另一種蝴蝶,開悟是另一種蝴蝶,蝶與周齊,蝶與萬物合的哲思,盎然漾起無限生意。

Chou Meng Tieh is one of the top poets in Taiwanese poetry field. Having chosen ”Meng Tieh” as his nickname since he was 15, butterflies have always been his metaphor of self. This article focuses on the butterfly tracks as well as Chou's path of poetry in order to discover how Chou transforms himself from the classical atmosphere of philosophy, through the exquisite emotion of modernism to the warmth of postmodernism. Also, we'll see how he awakes as the character ”Chou” in the dream and then transforms himself to ”a flying ”butterfly” in the free land. By the analysis of this, the readers will find that the butterflies in the lonely planet hold some classical insist for the Poetry Revolution. In this lonely planet, butterflies and the classical images fly together; butterflies and the sun shine jointly; butterflies are as beautiful as the flowers, and these butterflies are also in contrast with the humid and cold space. The lonely butterflies stand for the self consciousness in the view of modernism. Butterflies have several symbols. They mean the contrast and combination of life and death; they symbolize the death in the dream and the rebirth after that; they are also the media from change to eternality. The modern butterflies fly freely with the joy of rebirth in the world, reflects the unity of postmodernism. In one word, all the human beings are one kind of butterflies, absorption is another kind of butterflies and enlightenment is still another kind of butterflies. Butterflies and Chou Chi are equal; butterflies and all things are equal, and these philosophical thoughts are worth of discussing, arising various attention.
