許悔之〈他們睡在百合花園〉詩手稿的災難修辭美學

The Disaster Rhetoric Aesthetics of Hsu Hui Chih's Poetry Manuscripts from "They Sleep in a Garden of Lilies"

摘要


許悔之(1966-)常以悲傷為基調書寫,詩作中蘊含濃厚的宗教色彩,特別是其佛法詩的創作,同時許悔之也常以詩書寫社會事件與議題,如核四、翁山蘇姬等。特別的是,他在2000年出版的詩集《有鹿哀愁》收錄多首詩手稿,由此顯示出詩人有意識地公開個人創作的歷程,其中書寫九二一震災的〈他們睡在百合花園〉修改最多,本文將就此手稿開展,擴及詩人其他兩首九二一災難詩〈餘生〉與〈許諾〉來研究,以現代詩手稿學為研究路徑,探究詩人身處遭受重大自然災害的島嶼,其創作的書寫意識及修辭美學,此外,也從災難書寫、治癒書寫的向度探討詩人在三首詩作中加入的宗教意象與意義。就詩手稿方面可以發覺兩個書寫現象:;二、書寫遲速反映定稿的刪除段落。其次,災難書寫有治癒、安撫人心的作用,而詩人融入宗教意象於其中,正使書寫與宗教安頓人心的力量相輔相成。

Hsu Hui Chih (1966-) often writes poems in sad tones and his poems are rich in religious elements, especially his Buddhist poems. He writes a lot about social issues, such as the fourth nuclear power plant issue and Aung San Suu Kyi. One special thing about Hsu Hui Chih's poetry collection There are deer sorrows (2000) is his manuscripts, which show the poet's intention to disclose his personal, creative process. Among them, the poem "They Sleep in a Garden of Lilies" about 921 Earthquake, has been revised the most. Taking the path of manuscript studies, this essay will explore the poet's consciousness and rhetoric aesthetics, based on this manuscript and two other poems about disasters "Rest of Life" and "Promise." In addition, this essay will discuss the religious images and meanings the poet added to the three poems from the perspective of disaster writing and healing writing. Two writing phenomena can be found in terms of manuscripts studies. First, change reading speed through punctuation; Second, writing speed reflected the deleted stanzas. Specifically, disaster writing features healing and soothing people's hearts. Here, the poet incorporates the religious imagery with the power of writing to settle people's hearts.
