The subject of this paper is the intertextual texts of Taiwanese women poets. The reading experience, whereby female poets understand and interpret texts, is transformed into a new starting point for creation, where they then elaborate on their thoughts and emotions. This paper focuses on this process of reinterpretation and objectively probes into the feminine consciousness and love in women's reinterpreted and re-created works. The paper first provides the background information for feminism in Taiwan, and then explicates the research basis on theories of intertextuality. The third part deals with the feminine perspective in the intertextual works of women poets and discusses the feminine consciousness presented in the works. The fourth part is the conclusion.
