在不同場地實施持續訓練對心肺功能與長跑記錄之影響

摘要

The effects of taking persistence training at the different courses on the cardiac function, respiratory function and the records of long-distance running. 45 male students of Pingtong Normal College were matched into three equal groups by their records of 6000M race to compare the effects of mixed courses training group I(knowing the results),mixed courses training group Ⅱ(not knowing the results)and pure course training group on the cardiac function, respiratory function and the records of long-distance running. The pure training course group were trained at the cross-country all the time but the mixed training courses groups were trained both at the track and cross-country. The training periods were five weeks. The overall analysis by independent group t-test and one-way ANOVA of the parameters before and after training is stated below: 1. The pure training course group was better than the other two groups on the improvements of repiratory function significantly(P<.05) 2. There were no significant differences among the three groups one the cardiac function and the records of long distance running. Each group improved significantly after training on the cardiac function(P<.01 or P<.05)and the records of long distance running(P<.01).
