不同運動強度心跳控制跑步訓練對心肺適能影響之研究

The Effect of Cardiorespiratory Capacity by Heart Rate Control Enduringly Running Training with Different Exercise Intensity

摘要


研究目的是在比較70%與80%最大心跳率(heart ratemaximal, HRmax)心跳率控制(heart ratecontrol, HRC)跑步訓練對心肺適能的影響差異。研究對象為中正大學學生32名(18名男性、14位女性)為受試對象,年齡20.22 + 2.62歲、身高168.25 + 10.02公分、體重64.26 ± 14.00公斤。訓練前分別進行最大攝氧量(maximal oxygen uptake, Vo2max)測驗與固定心跳率跑速變異(running speed variable by heart rate control, RSVHRC)測驗。再分為80% HRmax位訓練組(9名)、70% HRmax訓練組(11名)進行八週、每週三次、每次30分鍾的HRC跑步訓練,而控制組(12名)不訓練。所有受試者在八週訓練結束後,進行VO2max與RSVHRC測驗。資料處理以單因子共變數分析探討VO2max、最大攝氧量速度(the velocity of VO2max, vVO2max)與RSVHRC的差異。結論為80% HRmax與70% HRmax的HRC跑步訓練,可有效增進vV02max、RSVHRC,但對於V02max並沒有顯著的提升效果。

Purpose: To investigate training effect on cardiorespiratory capacity [maximal oxygen uptake (VO2max), velocity at VO2max (vVO2max), running speed variable by heart rate control (RSVHRC)] with eight-week heart rate control running (HRC) in 80% maximal heart rate (HRmax) and 70% HRmax. Method: Thirty two students of Chung Cheng University were recruited to participate in this study, which include eighteen male students and fourteen female students [age 20.22 (2.62) yrs, height 168.25 (10.02) cm, weight 64.26 (14.00) kg]. Before the training, according to the exercise test of VO2max and running speed variable by heart rate control(RSVHRC), those students were assigned into three groups as 80% HRmax HRC group(9), 70% Hrmax HRC group(12) and control group(11) (without training). Then applying eight weeks (3 times/week and 30 mins/time) of endurance running training on 80% HRmax HRC group and 70% HRmax HRC group. After the training, all of the participants received the exercise test of VO2max and RSVHRC again. One-way ANCOVA was employed to examine the difference of exercise test of VO2max the velocity of VO2max (vVO2max) and RSVHRC among three groups. Conclusion: Eight weeks of 80% HRmax and 70% HRmax HRC running training were both effective in improvement in vVO2max and RSVHRC, but would not improve VO2max.
