國中男女排球員與普通學生自我觀念比較研究

摘要


自我觀念是各種自我覺知的組合,它是一個人對周遭環境整個的價値、態度和信仰的虛構性架構,對個人的知覺和行為有重大的影響和決定力。 運動提供給兒童和青少年操弄肢體的機會,並發掘個人的運動潛能,從活動中得到師長的指導和鼓勵,友伴的讚賞和認同,對自我接納和自我實現有大的稗益。因此透過遊戲、競賽和大活動量的運動,能建立個人積極的自我觀念。 針對參加74年度台灣區中等學校運動會國中組排球賽之男、女排球員,作自我觀念的調查研究。結果顯示,國中男女排球員在心理自我、家庭自我、社會自我、自我認同、自我滿意、自我行動、自我總分和自我批評方面達顯著水準,可見排球訓練對自我觀念的提升,確有莫大的功效。

Self-concept is a composite of numerous self-perceptions, it is a hypothetical construct encompassing all of the values, attitudes, and beliefs toward oneself in relation to environment. The self-concept influences and to a great deal determines perception and behavior. Physical activity provides children and adolescence an opportunity to handle their body and limbs. It also discovers personal physical potential. The direction and encouragement from teachers, the appreciation and identity from companions, all help greatly on self-acception and self-actualization. Hence, through play, games and vigorous movement, personally positive self-concept can be buelt up. An investigation and research, both males and females, has been made on the player who attended the Junior-High School Volleyball Tournament in the 1985 Taiwan Slistrict High School Sports Meeting. The result shows that these players have reached levels of significance in all the respects on physical self, moral-ethical self, personal self, family self, social self, identity self, self satisfaction, behavior and total positive, and the training on volleyball players did enhence their self-concept efficiently.
