推鉛球教學設計的研究

摘要


針對大學生學習推鉛球教材時的重複性、單調性、危險性等,試圖設計「以教師為主學生為副」的推鉛球教學形態,進而瞭解學生推鉛球記錄的演變、學生的學習態度、適合大學生學習推鉛球的姿勢等。本研究以國立高雄師範學院七十四學年度一年級男生117人為研究對象,經過為期十節課(500分鐘)創意設計的推鉛球教學後,結果發現:㈠學生推鉛球紀錄由學前的8.22公尺,進步至8.56公尺,且具統計上非常顯著差異。㈡學生學習推鉛球教材的喜歡與樂趣態度,於學習後已顯著改變為較積極的一面。㈢在諸多推鉛球姿勢中,以側向式滑步推鉛球較適合大學生學習。

At present, most of the shotput learning materials for college students are repetitive, monotonous, anal even dangerous; therefore, the writer intended to study how to design a (teacher-directed) shotput teaching program and to understand improvements in students' shotput records, students' learning attitudes, and appropriate shotput styles for college students. The subjects for this study were 117 male freshmen of National Kaohsiung Teachers' College in 1985.After ten sessions (500 minutes) of shotput teaching, the results showed that: (1) their shotput records had significant improvement (from 8.22 meters to 8.56meters); (2) students' attitudes toward the new shotput learning materials became more positive; (3) of the different shotput styles, the half-twist(侧向式)was more suitable for the college students.
