間歇運動對蛋白質產生之影響

The Effects of Intermittent Exercise on Proteinuria

摘要


本研究之目的有二:1.瞭解間歇運動後對健康青年男子血、尿中之總蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)及β2-微球蛋白(β2-mG)濃度及其排泄的影響;2.比較間歇運動前後尿蛋白SDS-PAGE及等電聚焦電泳圖譜之變化情形。 本研究是以浙江省杭州大學11名敎師及學生爲自願受試對象。運動開始前、後分別收集受試者之血尿樣本,再依其檢測項目,置於4℃及-20℃冰箱中保存,所有樣本均於當日檢測。所得資料以相依樣本t考驗統計方法處理,結果如下: 1.運動後BTP、UTP、BALB、UALB、Uβ2-mG、BLa、ULa及Bcr之濃度均顯著的高於運動前。 2.運動後UTP、UALB、Uβ2-mG及ULa之排泄率均顯著的高於運動前。 3.運動後UCr濃度及UCr排泄率顯著的低於運動前。 4.運動後ALB、β2-mG及La之血漿清除率均顯著高於運動前。 5.尿蛋白SDS-PAGE結果顯示,運動前尿液中蛋白質以ALB爲主;運動後呈高、低分子混合型蛋白尿。 6.由運動前後尿蛋白之IEP圖譜變化情形顯示,運動時尿液排泄的蛋白質主要是陰離子蛋白。

The purposes of this study were:1.To determine the affect of TP,ALB, β2-mG on level and execretion of young healthy men's blood and urine after intermittent exercise. 2. To compare the SDS-PAGE of proteinuria and Isoelectric focusing electrophoresis's difference pre and post interval exercise. This research is based on results from 11 volunteer teachers and students of Han-Chou University Shr-Chang province who volunteered for the test. The process consisted of collecting individual blood and urine samples pre and post exercise,then according to the item, storing at 4℃ and -20℃ respectively. All samples were analyzed on the day taken. A paired T-test was utilized to analyze the data. On the basis of results from this study, it is concluded that: 1. The level of BTP, UTP, BALB, UALB, U β^2-mG,BLa,ULa,and BCr at post-exerciseare all significant higher than pre-exercise. 2. The execretion of UTP,BALB,Uβ2-mG,ULa is significant higher than pre-exercise. 3. The level and the execretion of UCr are significant lower than pre-exercise. 4. The plasma clearance rates of ALB,β^2-mG and La are identically higher than pre-exercise. 5. Proteinuria's SDS-PAGE result shows, that ALB is the main element in protein of urine at pre-exercise; after exercise it shows a mixed glomerular-tubular type. 6. Through the IEP of proteinuria pre-exercise and post-exercise pattern's changing situation shows, while at exercise the protine of urine execrete mainly is anion-protein.
