民族精神教育體育思想之形成(1937~1945)

摘要


本文旨在探討抗戰時期(1937~1945),國民政府因應内外不利情勢,倡導民族精神教育,喚醒民眾,產生民族自覺,使油然萌生民族自信和民族自愛;由此產生一種對於民族的自尊心理,和爲民族不惜犧牲自我的效忠心理,它必須透過軍事訓諫、體育訓練、民族文化為手段,始能達成抗戰建國之目的。首先在前言部份談到民族精神的意義及重要性。次談,民族精神教育體育思想的形成,分三大部份闡釋:其一,因應不利情勢倡導軍事體育合一。其二,頒布教育宗旨制定教育政策。其三,平時教育與戰時教育之論戰。最後,結語部份,談到民族精神教育體育思想在於當時環境時勢所趨,於焉形成。

This article was researched during the eight year period between 1937-1945.Thegovernment at that time had problems both within and with out. Without, a major problem was the various different nationalities. An education program was proposed that would foster nationalism. Beginning with building self confidence and self worth into the people that would lead to a respect and devotion to the causes of their country.  Through the discipline of the army, through physical culture and through the medium of each persons own culture a goal was defined. This being, to defeat the Japanese occupiers and build a new nation. 1. Preface: The significance and importance of a nationalistic outlook. 2. National peoples education and physical culture awareness ideals.  a. because of the seriousness of the then present situation army training was combined with physical training.  b. promotion of educational aims and a formulation of policy. c. peace-time education adapted to war-time education. 3. Conclusion: Concerning the above ideology and its aim, it would seem to well suit the needs of that generation in this particular situation.
